Your contribution will allow us to run a strong grassroots campaign and to communicate Dennis' message to the voters. Contributions from individuals and their affiliated business entities are subject to a single, combined limit of up to $500.00 to this committee. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions from corporations are prohibited, including businesses that identify as corporations for tax purposes only.

2. Donate by Check

To contribute by check, you must print and fill out the form below (click to download the PDF format), and mail in the completed form with a check made payable to “Committee to elect Dennis A. Benzan” to 1 Pine St, Cambridge MA 02139.

Please note that by sending in a check instead of contributing online, 100% of your contribution will go to the campaign (i.e., we'll avoid the standard credit card fee), and your contribution thus will be even more helpful.
