BOSTON LATINO TV | February 17, 2010 - Notable Authors "stump" in support Dennis Benzan in a prelude event to the campaign kick off on March 6th at Bella Isla Cafe.
Pulitzer Prize-winning author Junot Díaz and New York Times best selling author Matthew Pearl hosted a fundraiser to support Dennis Benzan's candidacy for State Senate.
Dennis Benzan, born in Cambridge to hardworking Latino parents (Dominican father, Puerto Rican mother), it's currently an associate with the Cambridge law firm of Altman & Altman, LLP, building a thriving family law and real estate practice.
Dennis has been a devoted father and family men for 20 year.
Dennis have been connecting with potential voters inspite the bitter cold sharing his “Everyday Leader” (not a career politician) message of why is he running.
Just like the police-officer, the firefighter, the carpenter, the nurse, the mom, the dad – the people in our district that do that “little bit extra” to make our society better. Every day of my life I have strived to make my life, the life of my family, and the lives of my neighbors better – this is who I am, and this is what I’m about.
